What is included in a maintenance package?
Full-custom development work (plugins, themes), website and CMS updates, installing and setting up new plugins, performance optimisation, bug correction, integrating new content or even redesigning your entire website. Your package includes all tasks related to your website environment.
How does the maintenance package work?
After your order, you will receive a quota of hours equal to the package’s value, as well as free gifted hours if applicable. When we intervene on your website, we simple subtract the hours worked from your quota.
Your quota never expires and you can see how much you have left in your client account at all times.
How can I keep an eye on my time budget?
After your very first order, our project lead will contact you so as to determine how you wish to use your budget. If, for example, you don’t want us to patch out bugs without approval, this is completely up to you!
When we estimate a call to take longer than 4 hours, we will contact you first to evaluate it together.
Is my website eligible for a maintenance package?
We currently offer our maintenance packages on all websites using PHP, JS and React technology.
Including : WordPress, Prestashop, Magento, Symfony, Laravel, Drupal.
We do not offer maintenance on mobile apps yet.
Can I set up recurring tasks?
Of course ! At any time, you can tell your project lead which tasks you would like to be recurring and at which rhythm. A typical example would be rolling out updates once a week or month.
